- Dynamic Assist provides construction estimating and related support services.
- We reserve the right to refuse any job request at our discretion.

- Prices for estimates are confirmed in writing before work begins.
- Invoices are typically issued on delivery of estimates (or within 24 hours), but Dynamic Assist may at its discretion issue invoices on a weekly basis.
- Payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice, unless alternative terms are agreed in writing with long-term clients.

- Dynamic Assist reserves the right to require a deposit before commencing work.
- Where a deposit is required, deadlines will only apply if the deposit invoice is paid within its stated terms.

- Each estimate includes one revision cycle of up to 2 hours of our team’s time.
- All revision requests must be submitted in one batch within 5 working days of delivery.
- Additional revisions beyond this allowance will be charged at £25 per hour or may be treated as a new estimate at a pre-agreed price.

- Estimates and invoices will be deemed delivered once sent to the client’s designated email address, unless returned undelivered.
- Clients are responsible for monitoring their email, including during holidays or absences.
- Dynamic Assist is not responsible for missed deadlines caused by the client’s failure to review, forward, or submit estimates once delivered.

- You are responsible for providing accurate drawings, specifications, and information.
- You must review all estimates internally before use and confirm their suitability for your purposes.

- All estimates are provided in editable Excel format for your review and use.
- Dynamic Assist accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or costs incurred as a result of reliance on estimates provided.
- Responsibility for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of estimates rests solely with the client.

- Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of the Services.
- Dynamic Assist complies with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
- We may use trusted subprocessors (e.g., cloud storage, finance platforms) in providing the Services, and remain responsible for their compliance.

- Clients must not directly employ or engage any Dynamic Assist employees or contractors during the engagement and for 24 months after it ends, unless a buyout fee is agreed and paid.

- Clients with regular or high-volume requirements may be offered separate agreements with tailored pricing, payment terms, or service levels, agreed in writing.

- These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

- Dynamic Assist may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on our website.
